Pioneer Valley Vinegar Works produces four collections of herbal infused vinegars using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible from the rich bounty of the Pioneer Valley. It is our goal to promote healthy living through the daily use of our natural infusions.

Pioneer Valley Vinegar Works was established in 2011 by owner, Jane Lyon. Our products can be found in over 40 fine food retailers throughout New England and beyond. We also offer our products at many farmers markets from The Berkshires to Boston.

Jane began her career as a professional portrait and political campaign photographer. She also paints, designs hand cast silver, zinc and copper jewelry and dabbles in sculpture.
