Linda Granger Batchelor

I have worked in various media but I’ve concentrated on monotype (single prints) and collages for the last 10 years. My work ranges from abstract to representational with a concentration on color and pattern harmonies. I am represented by Jacqueline Becker Art Consulting in Boston.

I was born and raised in Florida. I received a B.A. degree in art from Brown University in 1973 and continued my studies with graduate courses at Maryland Institute of Art. For the last fifteen years I have had a studio at One Cottage Street in Easthampton. I am a member of the Monotype Guild of New England and the Zea Mays Printmaking Studio of Florence.

Career highlights include a 1% for arts Commission for Baltimore City College as well as winning a prize at the Cambridge Art Association National Prize Show. I would also include having Alan Alda buy one of my pieces.
