Corsello Butcheria and Bear and Bramble Brewing invite you to come to 130 Cottage Street anytime from 3-10 pm to taste the crafts of butchery and brewing, a local Farm to Table – Farm to Glass event! Bear and Bramble will pour four drafts: flagship saison, their new IPA, a Baltic Porter, and an Imperial Stout aged in an Elijah Craig barrel. For your locally sourced Corsello appetizers: Sausage stuffed mushrooms, Meatloaf slices with veal demi glace, Pulled pork and pickled red cabbage, Italian beef sliders, Charcutterie/cheese plates, Vegetarian options upon request.
