Karen is a bird lover and nature photographer and enjoys sharing her love of the natural world. Though she also takes photos of landscapes, seascapes, and critters, it is birds that draw her eye and camera over and over again. She tries to capture detail, the color, and even the personality, of each bird she is lucky enough to encounter.

Karen has exhibited at the Hosmer Gallery, the Hampshire Regional YMCA, Cooley Dickenson Hospital, and Cider House Media. She has recently branched out into portrait photography doing publicity photos for local authors and musical groups.
